45 minutes of muscle toning, accessible to all and adaptable to every level.
Equipment provided, remember to bring your water bottle and a towel.

A sports initiation open to all to start the day with energy and good humour! Whether you’re a regular exerciser or a beginner, come and enjoy the warmth of the morning and strengthen your body in a friendly atmosphere
Join us for an energising start to the day. It’s the perfect opportunity to stretch out, strengthen your muscles and breathe in the fresh air, all under the supervision of a qualified and enthusiastic sports instructor
Bookings must be made no later than 6pm the day before at the tourist office.
