This is the star attraction of the Montgenèvre resort!
The sled attached to a monorail hurtles down 1400 meters over a 300 meter drop!

We can almost speak of a “4 seasons” sled… In fact, it slides down 1,400 meters in length and 300 meters in height almost all year round. The Monty Express sled is open in the summer season and in the winter season! It can reach a maximum speed of 45 km/h. The average descent time is approximately 3 minutes.

The circuit winds through the forest, linking curves and faster sections, before crossing the two tunnels and reaching the finish area. The track is lit for nighttime descents in winter.

Everyone can pilot their own sled, manage their braking and therefore control their speed, in complete safety with the belt provided for this purpose!
Children over 1.25 meters tall have access to this attraction alone. For the little ones (less than 1m25, reference height), there is always the possibility of sliding down the slope between the legs of an adult.

During the journey, keep smiling, and upon arrival, don't forget the souvenir photo (go to the automatic terminal or the sled sales point).
Sledding is accessible via the Chalvet gondola.
