A demanding label, based on 2 pillars

Obtaining the label is based on the evaluation of two main areas:

✔️ Le pilier Qualité

It measures the quality of reception and services:

  • quality of welcome and comfort
  • professionalism of the teams
  • mastery of foreign languages
  • clarity and reliability of information
  • customer satisfaction monitoring

🌿 Le pilier Écoresponsable

It evaluates commitments in favor of sustainable tourism:

  • reduction of environmental impact
  • responsible resource management
  • concrete actions in favor of eco-responsibility
  • integration of social and economic dimensions

To be labeled, an establishment must achieve a high level of compliance:

  • 85% minimum on the Quality pillar
  • 60 to 80% on the Eco-responsible pillar depending on the case
