Introduction to Nordic Walking

Come and try out this sporting activity with our activity leader.

On the programme: a walk of between 6 and 8 km with an elevation gain of around 300 m, to explore the surrounding area.

Booking is essential the day before at the Tourist Office.

Ema will introduce you to Nordic walking.
A sportive walk of approximately 7 km and 300 m of positive ascent.
The itinerary is not fixed, it will depend on the level of the group and the snow conditions on the day.
Please bring good hiking boots, a hat, gloves and a bottle of water.
Registration required the day before at 12 noon at the Tourist Office.
