For tennis addicts, we offer special tennis courses for children, teenagers and adults in June, July and August.
On the internship program
– 1h30 or 2 hours of tennis per day for 5 days
– technical reinforcement of tennis shots
– tactical diagrams
– opposition games
– weekend tournament
Individual tennis lesson
Goals :
– technical reinforcement of tennis shots
– individualized tactical approach (play patterns)
– preparation for a competition or a specific objective
Tennis lesson for 2 (more friendly lesson)
Goals :
– technical improvement in one shot of tennis
– bases for constructing a point
– stimulation of physical abilities
