Location in the village
When arriving from Briançon, do not take the tunnel. Take the road marked “no entry 50 meters” and at the no entry sign, turn left into a hairpin in front of the first “Pavesi” sports store, go 50 meters, you have arrived. The house is located opposite a fountain, between two others with a slightly wider facade.
Name: Fol Oats.
Slopes 50 meters away, shops very close.
South exposure for the facade.
View of the nearby slopes. No views to the east or west.
Heating by electric convectors, adjustable in each room. Hot water by 2 cumulus. 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room, 3 toilets. Total living space approximately 185 m².

Depending on the desired comfort, the house can suit several families: On the first two levels: 4 bedrooms + a living room near the living room with sofa bed + mezzanine. There are 5 double beds, 2 single beds + mattresses on the mezzanine under the 2-seater ceiling + other mattresses if young people want to make a dormitory room. We can add to this set the 3rd level of 50 m².
The house is not suitable for groups of young people without a supervisor.
The second floor is independent and accessible by a staircase from the entrance corridor.

Living room with fireplace, television and additional 2-seater sofa bed if necessary.
Living room integrated kitchen, large table and additional tables if necessary.
Washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves.
Small bathroom with shower and WC.

1st floor
3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, plus 2 single beds and a folding bed.
One of the bedrooms also has a small mezzanine with sleeping space for 2 people, on a mattress placed on a floor accessible by ladder.
Bathroom with bathtub, bidet, 2 sinks.
2nd separate toilet.
Cabinets, KZ cupboards, lockers, tables.

2nd Floor
Loft studio of approximately 45 m² with bathroom, 3rd separate toilet,
Main room with double sofa bed, table, chairs, fitted kitchen, bedroom area with partition wall at mid-height, double bed, television, folding bed, then mezzanine accessible by ladder which can accommodate 4 beds with mattresses on the floor.

Essential recommendations
1 – Bring your sheets/duvet covers, towels, pillowcases, tea towels.
2 – Clean before leaving as carefully as possible.
3 – Unless otherwise agreed, we do not arrive before noon on Saturday and we leave before noon the following Saturday.
