A carpenter by training and trade, I have always been passionate about quality wine and food. I am opening this bar to introduce you to vintages that I have chosen one by one, as well as breads, cheeses, jams, juices, which I have selected from trusted artisans and producers.

Concept & products
We offer you extraordinary, high-quality products: labeled, awarded medals at agricultural fairs, coming from producers that we have met in person and whose flavors we have personally tasted and appreciated.
Each time we run out of stock, we will order different products, thus renewing the cheeses, cold meats, wines by the glass and liqueurs approximately twice a month, to introduce you to even more products.

The concept of our Boards
Our boards have been the subject of a rigorous and careful selection from collaborative and professional producers.
All our cheeses pass through the hands of a master affineur Meilleur Ouvrier de France, who brings out, through his exceptional work, the best rendering and taste of each of them.
The creation of a pastry accompanying each board was also the subject of daring and precise work, allowing it to end, as tradition dictates, on a sweet note.
We choose the bread that accompanies your tasting so that it matches perfectly with the assortment offered.
The evolution, the change, the proposition make our boards a suggestion of unique and high-end products constantly renewed, to accompany you on a varied culinary journey.
We are at your disposal to recommend, if you wish, the wine that will be most harmonious with the dishes of the moment.
