RAFTING
It is a whitewater sport where you descend a section of river using a boat, a paddle, a neoprene suit, a helmet and a life jacket.
Rafting is the most accessible of river boats, you are in an inflatable boat of 5 to 10 places with the instructor at the back. He directs the raft, explains the maneuvers to perform in order to anticipate the river's trajectories, and will teach you to fully appreciate this natural environment.
CANYONING
Consists of descending steep-sided rivers which have formed gorges following thousands or even millions of years of erosion. Equipped with a neoprene suit, a harness and a helmet, you will progress by walking, swimming and will overcome the obstacles encountered using ropes. But sometimes nature does things well and will let you slide through waterfalls or jump more or less high into wide and deep pools. Depending on the nature of the rock and the geological history of the massif, the water sculpts its path differently. The environment, both animal and plant, forms unique biotopes in these places that are preserved (and must be preserved).
We offer several levels of activity: “Discovery”, “Sporty”, “Adrenaline” and “Adventure”.
The RAFTING activity is accessible from 6 years old, CANYONING from 8 years old.
New premises opposite the Espace Prarial, is our relay in the village of Montgenèvre, where you will be welcomed and informed in more detail about our activities.
