Complete and fun activity
This is a series of workshops using equipment such as bikes, dumbbells, elastics, weights, a trampoline treadmill, etc. to work all the different muscle groups: abdominal, back and pectoral muscles, arms, legs, etc. Varied, dynamic, friendly and without choreography, it is aimed at a wide range of people.
The lifeguards will adapt their activities to suit the needs of each individual, offering a real response to their sporting expectations.
