Unique in France! Montgenèvre’s Espace Trail 3000 comprises 12 trails, totalling over 200 km of marked, safe paths, including two winter trails.
The Espace Trail 3000, in the heart of the Montgenèvre Station area, has 12 Trail routes, from beginners to experts but also for hikers with more than 200 km of marked trails to explore and explore rich natural environments with a theme oriented towards military historical heritage as well as the geological environment.
Departures and arrivals are at the Espace Prarial, in the center of the Montgenèvre resort. There you can find a Hors-Sac room, locker rooms and toilets, close to the shops for more comfort after your outings.
The resort today offers a complete Trail product, meeting all practices, with a double winter and summer event, and a site dedicated to lovers of the great outdoors, whether through sports and surpassing oneself or for hikers who can also find something to escape on the marked trails.
These 12 permanent routes numbered from 1 to 12 and of different levels of difficulty (green, blue, red and black) cross over nearly 200 km an invaluable varied natural heritage, mineral or wooded, internationally recognized geological remains and historical military heritage.
All these routes have been validated and traced during events such as the Trail du Chenaillet. The objective is twofold: to allow families and athletes to benefit from these spaces, whether beginners or experienced, and to allow cyclists, hikers and runners to coexist in the heart of a true nature sports area.
The Montgenèvre Trail 3000 space joins at the Col des Acles, the Trail space of our Italian friends in Bardonecchia to create a huge Franco-Italian playground for trailers and walkers. find the markings on the map and the terrain.
